Welcome to Ayia Napa VIP. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our luxury services. By using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
Ayia Napa VIP (a brand of JETSET CYPRUS LTD) acts as a premier concierge service and booking agent for luxury villas, exclusive car rentals, yacht charters, private jets, and bespoke event services.
2. Booking & Payments
  • Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from our team except if aggreed otherwise.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and may change until a deposit is paid. Prices for specific services (e.g., Limousines, Yachts) may vary based on seasonal demand and fuel costs.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the service date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
  • Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 14 days of the service, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled service (e.g., airport transfer, yacht charter) without prior notice will result in the forfeit of the full booking amount.
4. Client Responsibilities
  • Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Ayia Napa VIP and its partners reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed illegal, dangerous, or highly disruptive.
  • Damages: Any damage caused to villas, vehicles, or yachts by the client or their guests will be the sole financial responsibility of the client.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients carry comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we vet all third-party providers (chauffeurs, villa owners, jet operators), Ayia Napa VIP acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or service delays caused by third-party providers or “Force Majeure” events (weather, strikes, etc.).
6. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to fulfill your luxury bookings and will never sell your information to third parties.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
